GAIRPAQ Officers Elected!

Greetings GAIRPAQ Members!

As you know, we conducted elections for our 2014-15 Executive Board via electronic ballot over the summer. I apologize for my delay in publicly congratulating and welcoming the members of the Board:

Donna Hutcheson, Kennesaw State University, Vice-President/ President Elect (2015 Conference Chair)
Amy Ballagh, Georgia Southern University, Treasurer
Terry McCamish, Technical College System of Georgia, Secretary
Cathi Jenks, University of West Georgia, Member-at-Large
Susan Lounsbury, Southern Regional Education Board, Member-at-Large
Katherine McGuire, Emory University, Member-at-Large
Wendy Kallina, SPSU, Immediate Past President

Donna and I welcome your suggestions for themes, keynote speakers, invited presentations, and any other ideas you may have for our Spring 2015 annual conference. Based on feedback from the Spring 2014 conference evaluations, it appears that Middle Georgia State College in Macon remains the ideal location.

And speaking of the Spring 2014 conference, I have also been embarrassingly remiss in congratulating Denise Young for being elected Best Presentation for The Art and Science of Adaptive Leadership. I’m sorry I missed it, but looking forward to seeing her encore at AIR in Denver.

For those who will be at SAIR, please don’t forget our GAIRPAQ SIG on Tuesday at 11:15 AM in Coral Ballroom B.

And don’t forget to join us on LinkedIn! https://www.linkedin.com/groups?gid=4483772
